A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO
THE NEWLY CREATED VISION -LITTLE ROCK
TEAM.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 10,792 adopted by the Board of Directors on March
21, 2000, was created to oversee the work of the Vision- Little Rock process. This 60
member team consists of eleven work groups addressing the following topics:
Infrastructure, Economic Development, Public Safety, Crime Prevention and Emergency
Response, Housing, Environment and Land Use (Smart Growth), Cultural and Tourism
Activities; Parks and Recreation, Transportation Services, Regionalism, Education, Youth
and Senior Strategies and Programs; Racial & Cultural Diversity, and Legislative Issues:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby appointed as members
of the Vision Little Rock Teams and its categories:
Vision Little Rock Team Chairs; Bob East, Debbie Milam, and Virgil Miller
Infrastructure:
Robert Shell; Co- Chair, Norma Walker; Co- Chair, Virgil Miller, David Jones, and

Economic Development.
