RESOLUTION NO. 10,788
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO ABANDON A PORTION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY OF HARRINGTON
STREET AND EAST 12TH STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the city of
Little Rock, Arkansas, on the mss, day of March, 2000, asking the Board of Directors
to vacate and abandon a portion of right -of -way described as follows:
Harrington Street between East 11th and East 12th Streets and the abandonment of East
12th Street between TownsEnd and Harrington Streets in Block 10, Fairgrounds Addition
subject, however, to an easement for public utilities and drainage.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock p.m. on the 21st day of March
2000.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in
the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks
in.a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in
the City of Little Rock.
