RESOLUTION NO. 10.785
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH
PATTON WRECKING COMPANY, INC., IN THE
AMOUNT OF $52,970 FOR DEMOLITION OF THE
DELTA AIR GAS BUILDING LOCATED AT 900
EAST 2ND STREET.
WHEREAS, demolish property at 900 East 2 "d Street for the building of Clinton
Library /Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bid and award a contract to Patton Wrecking
Company, lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $60,000 (52,920 plus
Contingency).
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 305-214-Al 05.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
