RESOLUTION NO. 10,783

A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 10,763
AND APPOINTING MR. DON YUCUIS, CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK FINANCE DIRECTOR TO THE CENTRAL
ARKANSAS TRANSIT AUTHORITY (CATA).
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 10,763, appointed Mr. Jerry Paul, Acting Finance
Director, to serve on the Central Arkansas Transit Authority until a permanent Finance
Director is in place, and
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock recently hired W. Don Yucuis, as Finance
Director, replacing Mr. Paul's position with Mr. Yucuis.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Directors appoints Mr., Don Yucuis, Finance
Director to a position on the CATA Board of Directors.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
