A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE WILLINGNESS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO UPDATE AND REVISE
STANDARD DETAILS FOR STREET AND DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS FACuffn S. IN ACCORDANCE WITH
CHAFFER30STREET AND SIDEWALKORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock proposes to update and revise the Standard Details for Street and
Drainage Facilities.
WHEREAS, Revisions would update Standard Details and allow distribution by CD -ROM format.
WHEREAS, The revisions are in line with present urban standards adopted by Metroplan and other
agencies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. City will adopt Revised Standard Details for Street and Drainage Improvements
Facilities as presented according to Section 30 -40(b) of Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from its adoption.
