3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A CONTRACT
4 WITH LITTLE ROCK DODGE FOR THE PURCHASE
s OF 8 PICKUP TRUCKS PURSUANT TO THE STATE
6 CONTRACT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
7 WHEREAS, the Departments of Housing & Neighborhood Programs, Public
8 Works, and Parks & Recreation have demonstrated a need to purchase a total of 8
9 pickup trucks, and
10 WHEREAS, pursuant to the State Contract the City can purchase these vehicles
11 from Little Rock Dodge for a total price of $133,763.00,
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
13 DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
14 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement with
15 Little Rock Dodge in an amount not to exceed $133,763.00, pursuant to the State
16 Contract, for the purchase of eight pickup trucks for the Departments of Housing &
17 Neighborhood Programs, Public Works, and Parks & Recreation.
18 Section 2. Funds for these purchases are available in Account No. 600 -6020-
19 6021 - 7060 -10.
