2 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A CONTRACT FOR
3 THE PURCHASE OF ONE TRACTOR FOR THE
4 PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT FOR
s $55,489.36; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
6 WHEREAS, the Department of Parks & Recreation demonstrated a need for a
7 tractor with a special mower attachment, and after a competitive bidding process, it was
8 determined that Capital Ford New Holland submitted the lowest responsible and
9 responsive bid,
10 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
11 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Capital
13 Ford New Holland in an amount not to exceed $55,489.36, to purchase one tractor with
14 a 3 -gang flair mower.
15 Section 2. Funds for this purchase are available in Account No. 600- 360 -6020-
16 6021- 7060 -10.
