RESOLUTION NO. 10 , 763
A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT JERRY PAUL TO A
CITY POSITION ON THE CENTRAL ARKANSAS
TRANSIT AUTHORITY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City has reserved two (2) positions on the Central Arkansas
Transit Authority (CATA) Board of Directors for the City Manager and the City
Director of Finance & Treasurer, and
WHEREAS, Harold Boldt has resigned as the Director of Finance & Treasurer,
and the City Manager has appointed Jerry Paul as the Acting Director,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board accepts that the resignation of Harold Boldt as the City
Director of Finance & Treasurer includes his resignation from a position on the CATA
Board of Directors, and to the extent required by law, formally removes Harold Boldt
as a member of the CATA Board.
Section 2. The Board of Directors appoints Jerry Paul, Acting Director of
Finance & Treasurer, to a position on the CATA Board of Directors, with the
understanding that this appointment shall take effect immediately upon the adoption of
this Resolution.
