A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF FIRE HYDRANTS WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
FOR THE YEAR 2000; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. During the calendar year 2000, whenever the Chief of the Little
Rock Fire Department shall select locations within the City of Little Rock for fire
hydrants deemed necessary for adequate fire protection for the City of Little Rock and
requests the Board of Water Works Commissioners of the Little Rock Municipal Water
Works to install same, the said Board of Water Works Commissioners shall have full
authority to install said hydrants and charge rental therefore as hereinafter provided.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
