A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS
FOR THE SALE OF A PORTION OF LOT 9 IN
BLOCK 11, CUNNINGHAM'S ADDITION FOR
EASEMENT TO SOUTHWESTERN BELL
TELEPHONE COMPANY.

WHEREAS, this lot is unused portion of full block acquired by City for Parks and
Recreation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute document granting
easement of small portion of lot to Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for purpose of
upgrading communications facilities in the area for total amount of $500.00.
SECTION 2. The legal description of the parcel is: 20 feet by 20 feet portion in
southeast comer of Lot 9 in Block 11, Cunningham's Addition to the City of Little Rock. Little
Rock, Pulaski County Arkansas located in 900 Block of South Monroe Street.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
