RESOLUTION NO. 10,695
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH TOWNSHIP BUILDERS, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $322,438 FOR KANIS AND
BOWMAN INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT, A 1998 REVENUE BOND PROJECT.

WHEREAS, this program was selected as a1998 Revenue Bond Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract to Township
Builders, lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $322,438 ($293,126, plus
10% contingency) for Kanis and Bowman Intersection Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 304 - 220 -A131.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
