RESOLUTION NO. 10,693
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH TOWNSHIP BUILDERS, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $228,004 FOR MARTIN STREET
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, A 1998 REVENUE
BOND PROJECT.
WHEREAS, this program was selected as a 1998 Revenue Bond Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract to Township
Builders, lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $228,004 ($207,277, plus
10% contingency) for Martin Street, 13th to 17'h Streets, Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 304 - 220 -A144.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption. \
