A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH GENE SUMMERS CONSTRUCTION, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $254,620 FOR "N" AND
FLORIDA STREETS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,
A 1998 REVENUE BOND PROJECT.

WHEREAS, this program was selected as a 1998 Revenue Bond Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract to Gene
Summers Construction, lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $254,620
($231,473, plus 10% contingency) for "N" Street, Georgia to Florida, and Florida Street, Hughes to
"M" Street, Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 304 -220 -A 129.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
