A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH .IOYNER- FORD -BURKE FOR BRIDGE
REHA131LITATION AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS
WITHIN CITY, A 1998 REVENUE BOND
PROJECT. fj X11
Whereas, this program was selected by citizen as 1998 Revenue Bond Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED 13V THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract
to Joyner- Ford -Burke the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to
exceed $835,000 ($795,181.95 plus contingency) for rehabilitation of 14 "' Street Bridge,
28 "' Street Bridge, Bowman Road Panther Creek and Brodie Creek Bridges, and
Reservoir Road Bridge.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from Accounts 304- 220 -A135, 304-
220-A145, 304-220-A146, 304-220-A147, and 304-220-A148.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
