RESOLUTION NO. 10,685
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH LITTLE ROCK
DODGE, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF THREE (3)
FULL SIZE PICKUP TRUCKS FOR PUBLIC WORKS
OPERATIONS, FLEET SERVICES AND PARKS AND
RECREATION.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Little
Rock Dodge in the amount of $55,069 for the purchase of three (3) full size pickup
trucks for Public Works Operations, Fleet Services and Parks and Recreation.
SECTION 2. Funding forthis project is available in account numbers 600 -360-
6020- 6021 - 7060 -10 ($48,049.41) and 200 - 220 - 2000 - 2360 -7060 ($7,019.59).
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
