A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO ABANDON A PORTION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY OF
CEDAR STREET BETWEEN WEST 30TH AND WEST 31ST
STREETS IN DICKINSON MILL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 30th day of July, 1999, asking the Board of Directors to
vacate and abandon a portion of right -of -way described as follows:
All of Cedar Street between West 30th and West 31st Streets (originally
27th and 28th Streets) abutting Lots 1 - 6, Block 6, and Lots 7 - 12, Block
3, in Dickinson Mill Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
subject, however, to an easement for public utilities and drainage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 16th day of
November ,1999.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in
the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks
in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in
the City of Little Rock.
