A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 10,652,
TO RESCIND THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. TOM
FERSTL TO THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING
COMMISSION AND TO APPOINT MR. BILL RECTOR.

WHEREAS, at a reconvened Board of Directors meeting on September 28, 1999,
the Board interviewed candidates for appointment to the Little Rock Planning
Commission, to select an individual to replace Mr. Bill Putnam, whose term expires
November 1, 1999. The Board unanimously selected Mr. Tom Ferstl.
WHEREAS, on October 12, 1999, at another recovenened meeting, the Board
met in executive session to reconsider the previous appointment of Mr. Tom Ferstl. The
Board rescinded the appointment of Mr. Tom Ferstl, and unanimously appointed Mr. Bill
Rector.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The appointment of Mr. Tom Ferstl to the Little Rock Planning
Commission is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2. Mr. Bill Rector is hereby appointed to serve a three year term,
expiring November 1, 2002.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
