A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE RIVERCREST AND
CANDLEWOOD STREET BETWEEN CANDLEWOOD
SUBDIVISION PHASE II AND 1300 FEET NORTH OF
CANTRELL ROAD, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 28 day of September, 1999, asking the Board of Directors
to vacate and abandon part of Rivercrest and part of Candlewood Street between
Candlewood Subdivision Phase II and 1300 feet north of Cantrell Road in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as dedicate by deed and accepted by Resolution 3,407 now
appearing of record in Plat Book 936, Page 491, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 19th day of October, 1999.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in
the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks
in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in
the City of Little Rock.
