A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 10,619
(AUGUST 3,1999) AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
REQUEST FEDERAL FUNDING ASSISTANCE FOR
REBSAMEN PARKWAY RECREATIONAL BIKEWAY TO
ADD ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 10,619 (August 3, 1999) is hereby amended
to add additional language as follows:
SECTION 4. The City of Little Rock will participate in accordance with its designated
responsibility, including maintenance of this project.
SECTION 5. The City Manager of Little Rock is hereby authorized and directed to
execute all appropriate agreements and contracts necessary to expedite the construction of the above
stated improvements.
SECTION 6. The City of Little Rock pledges full support and hereby authorizes the
Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department to initiate action to implement this project.
