A RESOLUTON AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE CONTRACTS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
TWO (2) HOUSES ON BARBER STREET FOR FLOOD
CONTROL PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, these houses have floor elevations below base flood and:
WHEREAS, these houses frequently flood.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. City Manager is authorized to execute contracts for purchase of two houses
on Barber Street for purpose of flood control in amount of $30,000. The houses are located at
2724 and 2725 Barber Street.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available in account number 304 220 A125.
SECTION 3, This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
