HomeMy WebLinkAbout106372 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION NO. 10,637 0 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SERVICES WITH THE BLOCK 2 LIMITED PARTNERSHIP FOR THE RENOVATION OF BLOCK 2 LOFTS, LOCATED AT 107 EAST MARKHAM, 114 EAST SECOND STREET, AND 101 MAIN STREET, IN THE APPROVED DOWNTOWN TNEP AREA. 5 -L1 WHEREAS, the Block 2 Lofts project application, submitted by Block 2 Limited Partnership, proposes to completely renovate the Beal- Burrow Dry Goods Building, 107 East Markham, into a total of 69 apartments, the Democrat Printing & Lithograph Building, 114 East Second Street, into a total of 32 units, and the Wallace Building, 101 Main Street, into a total of 44 apartments, at a total residential project cost of $16,393,596. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for services with the Block 2 Limited Partnership for the renovation of the Block 2 Lofts, located at 107 East Markham, 114 East Second Street, and 101 Main Street, in the approved Downtown TNEP area. SECTION 2. This action authorizes a $288,260 contract for services between the City of Little Rock, and the Block 2 Limited Partnership to support renovation activities of the Block 2 Lofts. SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
