3 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
4 EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SERVICES WITH
5 PHILANDER SMITH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
6 CORPORATION, TO SUPPORT THE CONSTRUCTION OF
7 THREE (3) SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES TO BE LOCATED
8 AT 1200 RINGO, 13" AND RINGO, AND 1008 WEST 11TH
9 STREET, IN THE PHILANDER SMITH TNEP AREA.

11 WHEREAS, the Philander Smith Community Development Corporation will construct three
12 single- family residences in the Philander Smith TNEP area; and
13 WHEREAS, each residence is anticipated to be approximately 1,500 square feet, requiring an
14 estimated $82,900 each.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
16 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
17 SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for services with Philander
18 Smith Community Development Corporation, to support the construction of three (3) single family
19 residences, to be located at 1200 Ringo, 13'h and Ringo, and 1008 West 11'h Street, in the Philander
20 Smith TNEP area.
21 SECTION 2. This action authorizes a $41,400 contract for services between the City of Little
22 Rock, and the Philander Smith CDC to support construction of three single family residences in the
23 Philander Smith TNEP area.
24 SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
