A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH LANDERS FORD IN
THE AMOUNT OF $55,641.50 FOR THE PURCHASE OF A
CREW CAB DUMP TRUCK FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, this is a replacement purchase for a 1988 crew cab dump truck utilized for all
types of maintenance situations involving hauling materials as well as a small maintenance crew.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Landers Ford, in
the amount of $55,641.50 for the purchase of a crew cab dump truck.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available in account number 600- 360 - 6020 -6021-
7060 -10.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
