CONSTRUCTION OF THE STEPHENS
SCHOOL /COMMUNITY CENTER.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a joint contract with
Baldwin Shell and the Little Rock School District as a joint venture for the construction of
the Stephens School/Community Center.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available in account number 303 - 230 -0387.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
