RESOLUTION NO. 10,586
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO
XPEDX AS THE PRIMARY PROVIDER AND UNISOURCE
AS THE SECONDARY PROVIDER FOR THE PURCHASE
OF PAPER FOR PRINTING SERVICES.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to award a contract to XPEDX the low bidder
meeting specifications as the primary provider and UNISOURCE as the secondary provider to
provide necessary paper for Printing Services.
SECTION 2. Funding for this service will consist of various accounts from each
department.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.

Manager's approval.
