A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO 3M
CORPORATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $84,262.28 FOR THE
PURCHASE OF REFLECTIVE SIGN SHEETING
MATERIALS FOR THE TRAFFIC CONTROL SECTION OF
THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, OPERATIONS
DIVISION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids and award a contract to 3M
Corporation, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $84,262.28 for
reflective sign sheeting materials for the Traffic Control section of the Public Works Department,
Operations Division.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purchase in account number 200 - 220 - 2250 -2150.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
