RESOLUTION NO. 10,574
A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR
JULY 6, 1999, ON AMENDMENTS TO THE CDBG
CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND SECTION 108 LOAN.
WHEREAS, the Consolidated Planning Committee met to review alternative infrastructure
projects and recommend eligible projects to the Board; and
WHEREAS, the City plans to amend the CDBG Section 108 loan to delete the Madison
Heights project ($700,000), which was completed by using 1998 revenue bond funds; and
WHEREAS, other CDBG eligible projects which were previously approved for
Revenue Bond fund support will be addressed by a cumulative total of $700,000 in CDBG
funds; and
WHEREAS, the amendment process requires a public hearing to receive comments on the
eligible project selected for funding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors will conduct a public hearing on July 6, 1999, during
the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors to amend the CDBG Section 108 Loan for
infrastructure.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is directed to publish notice of this public hearing; in addition,
the City Manager is directed to assure that this public hearing is prominently advertised on the City's
cable television access channel.
