A RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONERS FOR
BROADMOOR RECREATION IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Broadmoor Recreation Area Improvement
District No. 2 of Little Rock, Arkansas, (the "District ") recommend the appointments of
Fred Baer, Elizabeth Anne Howard Wasson, Anna Ruth Landers Swaim, W. Andy
Corbett, Clarence Andrew Homecker, Harold Bristow, Pat Mitchell, and William
Christian Swaim as commissioners for the District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Fred Baer, Elizabeth Anne Howard Wasson, Anna Ruth
Landers Swaim, W. Andy Corbett, Clarence Andrew Hornecker, Harold Bristow, Pat
Mitchell, and William Christian Swaim are hereby appointed as members of the Board of
Commissioners of Broadmoor Recreation Area Improvement District No. 2 of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective upon its adoption and
approval.
