A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH TOWNSHIP 21 J
BUILDERS, INC. FOR HINKSON ROAD STREET
IMPROVEMENTS, FROM GEYER SPRINGS ROAD TO
EAST OF OMAN ROAD.
Whereas, this program was selected by citizens as 1997 Infrastructure Investment
Program project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract
to Township Builders, Inc., the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to
exceed $242,954, ($220,868 plus 10% contingency) for Hinkson Road street
improvements from Geyer Springs Road to east of Oman.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 215- 220 -0660.
