A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN ENGINEERING SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH AMI ENGINEERING, INC,. FOR
IMPROVEMENTS TO MABELVALE PIKE, FROM GUM
SPRINGS ROAD TO 56T" STREET, A 1999 TIP PROJECT.

Whereas, this program was selected as a 1999 Transportation Improvement Project (TIP)
by Metroplan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an engineering services
contract with AMI Engineering, Inc., in the amount of $57,200 ($52,000 plus 10%
contingency) for street and drainage improvements to Mabelvale Pike, from Gum Springs to
56`h Street.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 301- 220 -0056.
