HomeMy WebLinkAbout105500 0 RESOLUTION NO. 10,550 210 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH CRANFORD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, IN THE AMOUNT OF $987,094 FOR 1999 RESURFACING. Whereas, this program was selected by citizen as 1995 Bond Project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract to Cranford Construction Company, lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $987,094, ($897,359, plus 10% contingency) for 1999 Resurfacing.
