A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING USE OF
EMINENT DOMAIN TO ACQUIRE RIGHT -OF-
WAY FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AT
BOWMAN & KANIS INTERSECTION.
WHEREAS, attempts to acquire right -of -way necessary for reconstruction/or widening of
Bowman & Kanis Intersection Improvements project have been unsuccessful; and
WHEREAS, we will continue to attempt to acquire the necessary property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City is authorized to use eminent domain to complete acquisition of right -
of -way for this project.
SECTION 2: Funding for this project is available in account 304 - 220 -A131.
