A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO SMEAL
APPARATUS COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $277,735.00
FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) TRIPLE COMBINATION
FIRE PUMPER TRUCK FOR THE LITTLE ROCK FIRE
DEPARTMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids and award a contract to Smeal
Fire Apparatus Company, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed
$277,735.00 for the purchase of one (1) triple combination fire pumper truck for the Little Rock Fire
Department..
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purchase in account number 600- 360 - 6020 -6021-
7060 -1 0.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption. A
