HomeMy WebLinkAbout10503=: RESOLUTION NO. 10,503 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE IZARD STREET BETWEEN NORTH STREET AND THE MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD AND ABUTTING BLOCKS 353 AND 354 OF THE ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 17th day of March, 1999, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of Izard Street between North Street and the Missouri Pacific Railroad and abutting Blocks 353 and 354 of the Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of Clay's Subdivision of Block 354 of said Original City now appearing of record in Plat Book 2, Page 16, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements located in said street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 6th day of April, 1999. SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
