A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. GUS WALTON
TO THE NEWLY CREATED ZOO BOARD OF
GOVERNORS.
WHEREAS, by virtue of Ordinance No. 17,949, passed March 2, 1999, the
Board of Directors amended the Zoo Board of Governors ordinance, to clarify the
membership, terminating City Manager's membership and replacing with another at-
large member.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Mr. Gus Walton (at- large) is hereby appointed to replace City
Manager. Cy Carney. Lots will be drawn to determine length of term.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
