A RESOLUTION TO NAME CHARLE S MOBLEY TO A 65
TERM ON THE LITTLE ROCK WORKFORCE
INVESTMENT BOARD; TO THANK JAMES CARTER FOR
HIS SERVICE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, James Carter has served ably on the Little Rock Workforce Investment Board,
then known as the Private Industry Council, but his term has expired, and
WHEREAS, the Board would like to appoint Charles Mobley, the Director of Pulaski
County Junvenile Services, to fill this vacancy,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board thanks James Carter, former director of Pulaski County Juvenile
Services, for his service in the board.
Section 2. The Board appoints Charles Mobley, director of Pulaski County Juvenile
Services, to fill the position vacated with the resignation of James Carter.
