RESOLUTION NO. 10,484
A RESOLUTION TO ALLOW CONTINUED TIME FOR THE
CREATION OF THE KANIS ROAD DESIGN OVERLAY DISTRICT
STANDARDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 10,409 directed staff and the
Little Rock Planning Commission to complete the Kanis Road
Overlay Design District Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, the work on the Kanis Road Overlay District
Ordinances is not yet complete; and
WHEREAS, the Board wished to express it's continued
support and intent to create a Design Overlay District for
the Kanis Road corridor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AR.
SECTION 1. During the development of this plan, but
not to exceed 30 days from the adoption of this Resolution,
the Director of Planning and the Planning Commission will
continue to work with interested parties to address the
areas of concern raised by citizens.
SECTION 2. The Design Overlay District ordinance shall be
presented to the Board of Directors for action no later than
April 20, 1999.
