RESOLUTION NO. 10,483
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING FOR ADOPTION OF A GENERAL SEWER USE
ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, an ordinance regulating the use of public and
private sewers, private sewage disposal, the installation,
construction, maintenance, and connection of building
sewers; the discharge of waters and wastes into the public
sewer system; providing penalties for the violation thereof;
repealing all ordinances and provisions thereof in conflict
therewith including articles I, II, III, IV, V, X, XI, and
XII of Ordinance No. 15,344, passed on September 1, 1987;
and for other purposes, all pertaining to the sewer lines
and system within the jurisdiction of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, has been filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.; and
WHEREAS, under the laws of the State of Arkansas, a
public hearing on said Ordinance must be held before its
enactment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The public hearing on said ordinance will
be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City
Hall at Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 16th day of March,
1999.

SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law.
