RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 60
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING FOR ADOPTION OF A PRETREATMENT
ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, an ordinance regulating the discharge of
industrial wastewater to the public sewer system, providing
penalties for the violation thereof, repealing all
ordinances or parts thereof in conflict therewith consisting
of Articles VI, VII, VIII, and IX of Ordinance No. 15, 344
passed on September 1, 1987, and for other purposes, all
pertaining to the sewer lines and system within the
jurisdiction of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has been
filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, under the laws of the State of Arkansas, a
public hearing on said Ordinance must be held before its
enactment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The public hearing on said ordinance will
be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City
Hall at Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 16th day of March,
1999.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law.
