RESOLUTION NO. 10,479
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH PHILLIPS
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $69,800
TO CONSTRUCT A NEW AFFORDABLE HOME AT 2208
SINGLETON COVE.
WHEREAS, the proposal is consistent with the City's Consolidated Plan, which was
developed with extensive citizen participation, and identified the provision of standard, affordable
housing to low income persons as a high priority; and
WHEREAS, the CDBG and Housing Programs Division constructs new affordable single
family housing for sale to low- income persons.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Phillips
Construction Company in the amount of $69,800 to construct a new affordable home at 2208
Singleton Cove.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from the Affordable Home account.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
