BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named person is hereby
appointed as a member of the Education Commission:
Ms. Karen Diner, (Neighborhood Association Representative),
appointed to serve a three year term replacing Stacy
Pittman, said term expiring November 1, 2001.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
ADOPTED: February 16, 1999
