RESOLUTION NO. 10
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE DEEDS TRANSFERRING EXCESS LAND DESCRIBED AS
PART OF LOTS 28 AND 29, BLOCK 3, WESTWOOD. ADDITION TO
JAMES F. AND ELIZABETH TRANTHAM, THE ADJACENT LAND
OWNERS.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock purchased land for drainage control to prevent flooding;
and
WHEREAS, improvements are now complete and this excess property is no longer needed;
and
WHEREAS, staff feels the transfer of the lot to the adjacent property owner is in the best
interest of the City since the property is not minimum lot size per subdivision regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute deeds transferring
excess land described as Part of Lots 28 and 29, Block 3, Westwood Addition to the adjacent land
owners, James F. And Elizabeth Trantham, husband and wife.
