A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH TRI -STAR
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$454,053 FOR LEGION HUT ROAD RECONSTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, this progam was selected by citizens as 1997 Infrastructure Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract to Tri-
Star Construction, the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $454,053
($412,776, plus 10% contingency) for Legion Hut Road Reconstruction.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 215- 220 -0061.
