A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO
UNIVERSITY TRUCK CENTER IN THE AMOUNT OF
$94,849 FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE 30 CUBIC YARD
TRASHBED KNUCKLEBOOM TRUCK FOR THE PUBLIC
WORKS DEPARTMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids and award a contract to
University Truck Center, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $94,849
for the purchase of one 30 cubic yard trashbed knuckleboom truck for the Public Works Department.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available in account number 603 - 220 -2110- 7060 -10.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
