3 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, CERTIFYING LOCAL
5 GOVERNMENT ENDORSEMENT OF RMH TELESERVICES,
INC. TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ADVANTAGE ARKANSAS
6 PROGRAM.

9 WHEREAS, the local government must endorse a business or enterprise to
10 participate in the Advantage Arkansas Program and benefit from the exemptions as
ii
provided in the Advantage Arkansas Program Regulations of 1993 (formerly the
12
13 Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program); and
14 WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific forms available from
15
AIDC; and
16
17 WHEREAS, RMH Teleservices, Inc., has been determined by the management of
18 the Advantage Arkansas Program as an appropriate applicant; and
19
WHEREAS, RMH Teleservices, Inc. has agreed to furnish to management of the
20
21 Advantage Arkansas Program all necessary information for compliance.
22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
23 DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

25 SECTION 1 -A. RMH Teleservices, Inc. shall be endorsed by the City of Little
26 Rock for benefit from the refunds and tax credits as provided in the Advantage Arkansas
27 Program Regulations of 1993, through June 30, 1999, including any local City gross
28
29 receipts and compensating use taxes.
30 SECTION 1 -B. The Department of Finance and Administration shall be
31 authorized to refund local sales and use taxes to RMH Teleservices, Inc.

33 SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the required Certificate of Local
34 Government Endorsement.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force from and after
its adoption and approval.
