RESOLUTION NO. 10.443
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO McV, INC.
IN THE AMOUNT OF $63,926 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
LEACHATE RE- CIRCULATION PIPING AT THE PUBLIC
WORKS DEPARTMENT SOLID WASTE FACILITY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids and award a contract to McV,
Inc., the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $63,926 ($58,115 + 10%
contingency) for construction of Leachate Re- circulation Piping at the Solid Waste Facility.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available in the Solid waste Revenue Bond Fund.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
