A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH C.M. &M., INC, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$51,000 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
ROOSEVELT ROAD AND ASHER AVENUE
SIGNAL UPGRADE.
WHEREAS, This program was selected by citizens as a 1995 Bond
Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award a contract to
C.M. &M., Inc., the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $51,000
($50,212, plus contingency) for construction of Roosevelt Road and Asher Avenue Signal Upgrade.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account 303 - 220 -0409.
