A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO REVOKE ANY CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT WHICH MAY EXIST FOR PULASKI ACADEMY ON
HINSON ROAD ONCE IT HAS MOVED ITS SCHOOL CAMPUS
FROM HINSON ROAD TO DENNY ROAD; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, on this date the Little Rock Board of Directors has approved the
annexation of property on Denny Road for future campus of Pulaski Academy citing traffic
congestion on Hinson Road as one of the considerations for the approval of the annexation and
relocation of Pulaski Academy to Denny Road; and
WHEREAS, there are conditional use permits in place which permit Pulaski Academy
to operate the school on the Hinson Road site and the Board has stated its desire that the
property not be used for any other nonresidential use after Pulaski Academy has moved it
campus to Denny Road.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS:
SECTION 1. The Little Rock Board of Directors states its intent that the use of the
property owned by Pulaski Academy for a school on Hinson Road shall cease and terminate
and shall not be used by subsequent owners for anything other than residential use once
Pulaski Academy completes its move to the newly annexed site on Denny Road.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is directed to maintain a copy of this resolution in the
zoning file of the current Pulaski Academy site on Hinson Road so that it will always be
considered upon an subsequent proposal for development of the Hinson Road property.
