RESOLUTION NO. 10,373
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO KEMP
INSTRUMENTS, INC. OF TULSA, OKLAHOMA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $60,785 FOR PURCHASE OF GPS
INSTRUMENTS AND ASSOCIATED SOFTWARE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is authorized to accept bids and award a contract to Kemp
Instruments, Inc., of Tulsa, Oklahoma, lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to
exceed $60,785 for GPS instruments and associated software for Public Works Civil Engineering.
SECTION 2: Funds are available from Account 210 - 220 - 0191 -7120 in the amount of $10,785 and
from Account 210 - 220 - 0501 -7120 in the amount of $50,000.
SECTION 3: This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
