RESOLUTION NO. 10,369
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE DEEDS TO EXCHANGE A CITY OWNED LOT AT 1103 EAST
8TH STREET, FOR LOT 13 AND THE EAST '/s OF LOT 14, BLOCK B,
EAST END ADDITION, OWNED BY BAIRD, INC., FOR THE LOCATION
OF A NEIGHBORHOOD ALERT CENTER (LOCATED AT EAST 6THAND
CALHOUNSTREETS.)
WHEREAS, the lot the City will acquire this exchange is 75 feet by 140 feet; and
WHEREAS, this lot in combination with the adjacent lot is an ideal Neighborhood Alert
Center site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute deeds to exchange a
City owned lot at 1103 East 8th Street for a lot owned by Baird, Inc.
SECTION 2. The lot is legally described as Block B, Lot 13 and East '/z of Lot 14, East End
Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. No money will be exchanged in this transaction.
